Hey guys! I posted this a few days ago but didn't get any responses...let's give it another whirl...
So that's me on the LEFT. That's my natural hair color..a dark brown. I currently have long bangs and my hair is only a few inches past my shoulders. I usually either have it curly/wavy like in the picture or straight.
I'm going next weekend to get my hair done!! I'm so excited, but I need help deciding what to do. I'm pretty sure I don't want to do much to the cut, probably keep the long bangs. But I definitely want highlights or a new color and i'm open to any ideas.
I would love to go platnium blond but I don't know if have the financial resources or time to keep that going, haha. Any ideas would help. I'm thinking red or blond highlights? Maybe something crazier. What do you guys think?! Thanks in advance! :)

HEY!!!!!!
I'm probably the only one reading this because, like myself, everyone stopped updating in these around 2006. Except Liz...I can always count on Liz to keep up the good work <3
So it's about a year after my last post..haha..lets see what has happened. Winter 2007 January 12 - April 7th I was out of the country studying abroad in London. It was probably the best three months of my life and a time I will never ever ever forget. I met some AMAZING girls whom someday I hope to see again and I fell in love with London. It was an amazing city filled with tons of things to do. Not only did I explore London I got to go to Paris (for a week..and to Premiere Vision the international textile trade show), Florence, Ireland, Amsterdam (WOOOOO!), Brussels, and all over the English countryside.
They say travel changes people and I think I believe that. I think i'm a more open person now and i'm not afriad to do things on my own anymore. I gained some self awareness, self esteem, and hopefully a better view of the world from the trip. The best thing about the trip is it broke me out of the funk I was in during Fall of 06. During that semester of school I felt like I lost myself..it's hard to explain..I just needed to meet some new people and re-establish myself.
Being abroad was so amazing, not to mention that my mom and bro came to visit and we did a road trip through Ireland and I showed them the best parts of London. It was so nice for my mom to get to see a little bit of Europe, she always wanted to and myself going abroad let it happen. I hope in the future to go back to Italy and other places with my mom. I want to show her the world to try to give back for all the things shes done for me. I would take my pops too but he's not too keen on traveling, lol. I think my parents are gunna travel the US though when they retire, I hope to get in on that too, lol.
So Winter 2007 was flippin awesome..then I came back here and was bored out of my mind for two months. I didn't have a job until May when my SECOND summer of interning for Target started and Summit is nothing compared to London. I couldn't go out and drink and meet new people..all I could do was wait for all my friends to get off from work late a night (screw you, waiters!!) to hang out.
So I was bored for half the summer then busy as hell for the rest. I worked in the Linden Target with FOUR other interns. Luckily they were awesome and work was usually a lot of fun. I got good reviews through out the summer and got to learn a lot. The hours were crazy and it was all I could do to just get out and chill! I got paid pretty darn well..but all my money went to paying people back due to my brokeness from studying abroad.
So all in all the summer was pretty cool...made money but also made some poor decisions with that money. I took kickboxing all summer and even though I didn't lose weight due to all the free food at Target I got in shape and had a blast doing it. It was expensive and hard but I loved it and as soon as I get a real job i'm finding a place I can do it again. Also, this summer established an amazing group of friends. It's the awesome sixsome...all couples, lol. Me, Zack, Liz, Shawn, Jesse, Alyx. Of course I was already friends with Liz, Zack and Jesse but the addition of Shawn and Alyx made the summer awesome. All together we have so much fun. I can't explain it except for the fact that we all have kind of the same sense of humor and all we do is laugh and chat when were together. That group is the best thing that came out of this summer.
So on to this fall..back at school for almost two months now and so far it's been pretty good. Living off campus at Park Heights w/ Michelle...couldn't ask for a better roommate. Our apartment is pretty awesome and I have a new full size comfy comfy comfy bed that I looooove. We had a housewarming party and my crew came up from NJ and Dave came too..we got a keg and it was awesome. Oh! and Alyx lives in Philly too so this weekend we are going to meet Jesse and Zack at Dorney Park, I think it's going to be a lot of fun.
Wow, longest entry ever. I think i've said my peace. Now I can look back on this and know what I was up to during 2007, lol.

not much. just a quick update.
things are going good. really good. target is working out perfectly and it's paying really well. sure i'm tired a lot more and really busy, but it's something to keep me going. it makes chillin and going out at night more fun.
i haven't gotten to see everyone a lot, but slowly i'm seeing people more and more. i'm having a good time. i want to make a lot of plans though, i don't want to spend every night doin nothing.
so yea, no complaints here. i'm really glad its summer.

looong weekend!
omg but so much fun. my mom came up friday and just left. listen to all the stuff we did!
friday - we went to the phila zoo! lemurs are one of my new fav animals. there were baby ones and they were the CUTEST thing in the world. after the zoo we went and checked into the hotel we were stayin at in the city. then we had dinner in the pub that was attached to the hotel. then that night we went on a ghost tour of philly. it was cool it was like a tour of all the old haunted historical buildings in center city, they told some pretty crazy stories. then when we got back to the hotel we watched Family Stone..not bad.
sat - free breakfast at the hotel! then we spend the afternoon shopping. we went to the gallery, the shops at liberty, h&m and a bunch of other places. i needed to get clothes for Target this summer, red shirts and khaki pants. mind you i HATE khaki's. lol. but i found some cute ones and it was almost impossible to find red shirts! but yea, it was the best shopping trip ever, not only did i get all that i needed i got a few extra really really cute shirts and cute shoes for work. after shopping we both got manicures and pedicures. we had dinner at the Italian Bistro, a really good restaurant in the city, and after that was the Fashion Show. omg, it was amaaazing! after we went to Cosi for some dessert w/ Melissa and Naomi. when we got back to the hotel we watched the movie When A Stranger Calls, which wasn't too bad.
sun - another free breakfast at the hotel. then we went to fabric row and south street were i bought another pair of cute shoes for work and some other stuff. :) after that we had Pat's for dinner, yummm. then we went to the Museum of Art, we were only going to go to the steps and take pics but one of my mom's fav painters had an exibit there, Andrew Wyeth, so we went in and saw that. it was my first time in the museum. then we came back to the apartment and packed up some stuff and sent it home with my mom, cause i'm leaving in FOUR days!!! then we had dinner and this awesome hole-in-the-wall restaurant The Ugly Moose..one of my favs now.
my mom just left. :( I fucking love when she's in philly we always do so much and have a lot of fun.
so now its four days of work/finals/packing, then friday i move out. i can't freakin believe it....i'm almost a junior in college. where has the time gone????
p.s. Say Anything is playing at the TLA on May 20th! I wanna go!!!

CLASSES ARE OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I have left of my SOPHOMORE year of COLLEGE is three finals, a paper to write, and to pack and leeeave.
This year freakin flew by. It was a good one. It had ups and downs, I don't really know what I think of it actually. It was just...there. lol.
I'm hoping this summer turns out to be what I want/need. I reall am excited to get home and settle myself. I'm so tired of constantly worrying about school work, study abroad, delta sig, and everything else. I need a while to chiilll OUT. I think I have like a little bit of OCD when it comes to scheduling. I have to make like thirty lists and plan out my days or I feel all worried.
So yea. tonight is Woody's! Should be fun. Tomorrow I don't have plans so i'm going to finish my paper for evil and good. Then i'll prob try to start packing or something..i dunno.
Friday my mom is coming!!! We're going to the zoo on friday, then out to dinner and going on a 'ghost tour' in the historic part of Philly. Should be interesting! Then Saturday is to shop and such, then that night is the annual Fashion Show! it's going to be awwwesome! Then Sunday is maybe a trip to Manayunk and my mom's gunna help me start packing and stuff.
Then next week is work and finals..so it's a lot of free time, but I have to study and pack so i'll be pretty busy. And i'll be home next Friday!! OMG can't flippin wait.
Then it's a week and a half of nothing before I start work so i'll prob just clean and reorganize my room and porch room and just get settled. I'm nervous for the internship. There is actually a week when i'm manager on duty!! I get a walky talky and everything! lol.
Well yea, so there's my life for the next couple weeks. Should be interesting.

I've never before been so antsy to get be home for the summer. I neeeed a change asap. I think these next two weeks will be pretty chill and fun, so that's cool, but man, the 12th is too far away, lol.
When I get home I have a lot to do. I have about a week and a half til my internship starts. I'm really nervous about that..what if I don't like it? Or it's like really hard or boring or something? And it's FULL TIME 40 hours a week. Which means if I don't like it, i'm screwed! At least it's really good money.
So for those first two weeks I want to spend the time organizing all my stuff. I'll need to unpack all my clothes, and i'll prob go through what I have and throw some stuff away and organize everything. Then I want to fix up my porch room to be like a sewing room. I have a new sewing table which is cool and I have to put all my sewing stuff away and set up my desk in there w/ my laptop and stuff. So basically i'm gunna spend that time just organizing and making my room livable.
I really want to redo my bedroom too. Like I really want a bigger bed and to make the room look cooler, it's so boring. The problem I run into is that I need a second bed in my room for when Naomi is staying at my house...so how do I get a bigger bed but keep a second? Yea, good question right? Well here is what i'm thinking, perhaps a bunk bed w/ the bottom bed as a full and the top as a twin? I know, very grade school lol. But I can take the top off like during the summer and just put it on for when Naomi and I come back for school breaks. I'm thinking that might work, or they have those beds that roll out from under a top bed..lol. Perhaps something like that? I dunno. But this also all depends on if my parents want to buy me a new bedframe. lol! We'll see I guess.
So yea. Today my bro was in Philly he came yesterday and Jared came for the evening last night too. IT was fun we all just chilled. I feel bad, like it's always so boring when he comes..but w/e, I think he's just happy to get out of Summit. That's the thing about Summit, when ur not there a lot you learn to appreciate it more. Like I love Philly AND Summit only because my time is split up between the two, if I had to live in one place I prob would have problems with it. lol.
Tonight i'm gunna try to get my work done so tomorrow I can just chill. Tmr night we're gunna watch Memoirs of a Geisha YAY!!! I just finished the book and i'm DYING to see the movie. And we're gunna order from Slices (yum!) and we get a gree pizza! So tomorrow should be fun.

its going to be a weird and rushed three weeks ahead of me. i can't believe i won't live in this apartment in less than a month...weeeird. i hope this summer is everything i want (need) it to be. i'm nervous about interning but i'm also excited.
